Katra serves as the starting point for the pilgrimage to the Vaishno Devi Temple, dedicated to Goddess Vaishno Devi, a manifestation of the Hindu goddess Durga. The temple is situated at an altitude of approximately 5,200 feet (1,580 meters) in the Trikuta Mountains and is one of the most visited religious sites in India.
. Pilgrims from across the country and around the world undertake the journey to the shrine, often covering a distance of about 13 kilometers (8 miles) on foot. The pilgrimage involves a steep trek from Katra to the temple, passing through scenic mountain trails, lush forests, and several smaller temples.

Itenary
- Our service starts with your arrival at Jammu Railway Station, you will meet our representative at the Station and transfer you to Katra.
- Check in to the Hotel.
- Overnight stay in Katra.
- After breakfast, start your Holy Journey to Mata Vaisnodevi Darshan.
- Mata Vaishno Devi temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Shakti and is the second most visited religious shrine in India after Tirupati Balaji Temple.
- Trek to Mata Vaishno Devi shrine (14 km), ponies can also be arranged by self (at your own cost) for the trek, and return back to Katra late in the evening/night.
- Overnight stay at a hotel in Katra.
- After breakfast, transfer to Jammu drop .
